We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
Payment is needed to confirm online orders and until payment is received your order cannot be guaranteed. We reserve the right to cancel any order still awaiting payment on the delivery date. Issuance and receipt of your invoice is taken as confirmation of your order and because we may have had to turn away other clients and start preparations for your order invoices will remain payable in the event of cancellation or postponement.
Deliveries are made by hand on the date specified in your order. All deliveries are undertaken by Bake Yourself Better or a courier service. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address on the day of your order; if there is no-one on hand to receive the cupcakes we will do our very best to leave them in a safe place (with a neighbour, receptionist, caretaker etc.) but we cannot keep hold of the cupcakes for re-delivery and they will be left at the address you have given us. If you would like us to deliver to your place of work or somewhere with a mailroom/courier point we are happy to do so but please note that Bake yourself better cannot accept any liability for the treatment of your order or mishandling once a delivery has been made and the package/s signed for. All drivers will be instructed in the correct handling of the cakes and will always pass this information on to any postroom workers but once the cakes are signed for we cannot accept liability for the subsequent handling of your cupcakes.
If arranging your own courier collection we would advise always booking a van or car, rather than a motorbike. Once cakes have left our bakery we can not be held liable for any damage that occurs on transit. Any issues should be handled directly with the courier company you have chosen to use.
All our biscuits are sent out using Royal Mail first class post unless otherwise stated. Although not guaranteed, Royal Mail aims to deliver first class parcels the next working day, however we can’t be held responsible if packages take longer to arrive. If you would like a guaranteed delivery date, please contact us by email at email@example.com.
We cannot accept any responsibility for any delays in delivery by Royal Mail due to situations such as adverse weather conditions or industrial action.
Our boxes of biscuits are designed and packaged to fit through a standard letterbox, however, if ordering an alternative collection of biscuits or a bespoke order, please note that if Royal Mail are unable to deliver the package due to no one being available to take collection and re-delivery or collection is not made quickly, we are unable to be held responsible for any deterioration in the product.
Please ensure that you enter the address and postcode details accurately as these are the details we will use to send your biscuits. We are unable to accept liability for an undelivered package due to the address or postcode details being incorrect.
All our cupcakes and biscuits are baked to order and we do not accept returns. Refunds or a replacement order to the same value will be given only in the event that you receive the incorrect product or if the products are shown to be of unsatisfactory quality. Should this be the case, or if you are in any way unsatisfied with the condition or quality of your order upon arrival you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Bake Yourself Better will not accept liability for any complaints made after this time.
Change of order / Cancellation:
If you need to change the date or details of your order or cancel it altogether please contact us as far in advance as possible. Orders cancelled 7 days or more before the delivery/collection date may receive a full refund on the order total; those cancelled within 48 hours of the order date will not be entitled to a refund (although refunds may still be provided at Bake Yourself Better’s discretion).
We reserve the right to use photographs of orders we prepare on our website, blog, Twitter pages and Facebook pages. If you would like to specifically request that we do not use pictures of your order, or that we provide you with a picture of your order we will usually be happy to do so but you must let us know at the time of ordering.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display or device of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
